1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided we have not started processing your request.

• If work has already begun or documents have been submitted, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer

• Service not delivered due to an error on our part

• You cancel within the allowed 12-hour window (and no work has started)

4. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. No Refunds for Government Fees

We do not refund government filing fees or third-party charges (e.g., state fees, IRS fees) once those payments are made.
